Joshua K. Madsen is a graduate of Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Josh received a master’s degree in conflict resolution from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where he also received his B.A. Josh is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Madsen is admitted to practice in all state courts in Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia and federally in the Northern District of Georgia and the United States Veterans Court of Appeals.
Prior to Millar & Mixon, Josh worked in civil litigation, as a student lobbyist for the American Civil Liberties Union of Georgia and as an intern with the Congressional Youth Leadership Council in Washington D.C. In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family.
