Meet Our Attorneys
Bruce R. Millar An Emory University School of Law graduate with a background in economics and business management. You may recognize Bruce from the dozens of TV interviews he has given about his cases, which have been featured on networks such as ABC, NBC and FOX.
J. Stephen Mixon A University of Georgia School of Law graduate who began his legal career as a clerk in the U.S. Senate and Georgia Superior Court. Prior to joining the firm, Stephen represented local and national companies in complex business litigation.
Kristen Pitts A graduate of the Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans who previously worked in the Atlanta Public Defender’s office. Kristen is known for her work ethic, sharp litigation skills and strong courtroom presence.
Liandra N. Marchan A graduate of Emory University School of Law and Florida State University. Prior to Millar & Mixon, Ms. Marchan worked as an insurance defense lawyer for several of the largest insurance companies in America.
Alex Roberson Alex Roberson is a graduate of the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. Focusing primarily on civil litigation, Alex has represented religious organizations, corporations, and individuals in litigation, alternative dispute resolution, as well as serving a counselor regarding legal issues.
Joshua K. Madsen Joshua K. Madsen is a graduate of Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Josh received a master’s degree in conflict resolution from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where he also received his B.A.

Janet VanWie A Clayton University graduate who has 30 years of experience as a paralegal, including 12 years with the firm. Janet believes that helping injury victims makes her job highly rewarding.
